Back to Basic :: The pH Scale
By beverly | Posted in pH | January 10th, 2009You may be reading a lot about pH recently, so I thought it would be helpful to refresh your memory abut this topic. pH is the measurement of acidity and alkalinity
The scale ranges from 0 - 14;
0- 6 = Acid
7= Neutral
8-14 = Basic
For the best health, one should strive for a pH of 7. Too much acid is harmful to the body. This condition leads to illness, lack of energy, excess weight, digestion, elimination problems as well as many serious illnesses.
