One of the top new year's resolutions is to lose weight.  I thought it would be helpful to provide tips about favorite foods that satisfy cravings while providing nutritional benefits.
Here's the first: It's ok to eat potatoes.

Confessions of a Trader Joe's aholic continued...tonight's dinner was delicious. I prepared Spaghetti Squash with Turkey Bolognese/Marinara with a pinch of red chili pepper. It was filing, zesty, and hit the spot. Squash $1.99, Turkey Bolognese $2.49, 1/3 jar Marinara, $1.00 all from Trader Joe's. Eating good doesn't need to cost a lot, just be creative.
