Habits for Longer Life

At the beginning of the 20th century, the life expectancy for men and women was about 48 years. By 1950, the average life expectancy jumped to 71 years for women, 66 for men. Today, women are expected to live to 80, men to 75.

Longer life span can be attributed to better nutrition, healthcare, disease prevention and treatment, but it's hard to believe that this trend of living longer will continue. In the United States, roughly 2/3 of the population is overweight and nearly 30% is considered clinically obese (including children). Nearly 27 million people have diabetes which can lead to chronic disease.

To preserve your health and live life to its fullest:1. Get a good night's sleep. 2. Eat a healthy diet.3. Maintain a network of friends.4. Keep your mind stimulated.5. Watch your weight.6. Breathe good quality air.
Sounds simple, doesn't it? It's time to get back to basics. Eating a good diet is the best place to start. And of course, drinking Body Ami everyday will help keep you in balance and hopefully contribute to your longevity. My grandmother lived to 98 during a time when the average life expectancy for women was 48. She drank apple cider vinegar everyday. :-)
