Eat Well::Safe Seafood

After my spring cleanse, I altered my diet to exclude gluten, sugar, caffeine, and dairy. During a recent consultant, it was recommended that I add back select dairy items and be sure to include fish in my diet twice weekly. Here's a handy reference for safe fish choices. It was prepared by Tim Fitzgerald, a marine scientist for the Oceans program of the nonprofit organization Environmental Defense.
