In previous posts I mentioned my interest in making Raw Foods a part of my diet. After meeting Diana Stobo and purchasing her cookbook, I started drinking spinach shakes every morning. After completing the Spring Cleanse, I continue to avoid foods with refined sugar, gluten and dairy. This has created a challenge when craving desert. That is, until I discovered this absolutely delicious Brownie recipe. Try it. It's amazing.

Walnut Pecan Brownies

You'll need 1/2 cup each finely ground raw walnuts pecans, and Medjool dates (pitted and firmly packed), 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. That's it.
Just process the walnuts, pecans, dates and cacao until the mixture sticks together. Place it in a parchment paper lined loaf pan or press into any shape you desire. I make small squares and savor every bite. Enjoy
