Eat Well:: How Healthy is Gluten Free?

While on my Spring Cleanse, my diet was dairy, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and gluten free. I found great foods that met these parameters. Since then, I added back red wine, in moderation, but not much more. I've found great gluten free products that are tasty and satisfying. I am 8 pounds lighter than before the cleanse which I attribute to change in diet and smaller portions. This blog post has interesting data about the growing adaption of gluten free products. As with all food purchases, check the labels carefully for sugar and other hidden ingredients. BTW, I have kept my weight off while consuming GF products.
