Here's a great way to make everyday Valentine's Day. Try these foods from around the world. Although some are a bit hard to find, if you concentrate on 1 - 7, what have you got to lose? Looks like a list from the Mediterranean Diet which could explain why there are so many red hot lovers from that region. 

  1. Bananas
  2. Walnuts
  3. Garlic
  4. Figs
  5. Avocado
  6. Chocolate
  7. Oysters
  8. Deer velvet from the interior of antlers
  9. Starfish, sea horses, sea slugs, giant clams, turtle meat - (check with your dentist before trying the first two)
