Beware of Broccoli::Eat More Sea Vegetables

Just finished Day 18 of Dr. Craig Koniver's Spring Detox Cleanse. (feeling awesome) As you can imagine, we are eating lots of veggies and fruits, nuts and grains, drinking tons of water and shakes. I've learned a lot about many of the foods that I prepared before this experience, some that will be consumed less frequently and some eliminated. Soy is on the elimination list, broccoli is on the moderation list. Here's what Dr. Craig has to say about broccoli.
