Back to Basic :: The pH Scale
By beverly | Posted in pH | January 10th, 2009
You may be reading a lot about pH recently, so I thought it would be helpful to refresh your memory abut this topic. pH is the measurement of acidity and alkalinity
The scale ranges from 0 - 14;
0- 6 = Acid
7= Neutral
8-14 = Basic
For the best health, one should strive for a pH of 7. Too much acid is harmful to the body. This condition leads to illness, lack of energy, excess weight, digestion, elimination problems as well as many serious illnesses. Drinking Body Ami Apple Cider Vinegar can help keep your pH in balance. Read about the benefits here.
